		<description>I certainly don&#039;t think the floor situation was intentional. With respect to Brand&#039;s salary, it is probably in line with any corporation that brings in as much money as the NCAA does from its various sources.</description>

		<description>Reminds me, a few years ago hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. Federal dollars were given to them for the purpose of levy structuring, and it went to other social programs. Revenue has to be spent responsibly, if not, you can find yourself with mismanaged priorities. Do we need another czar in the NCAA to dictate how revenue is dispensed? Those floors were horrible, and it is not like they didn&#039;t have the funds to ensure a more favorable situation for the players.</description>
