Comments are closed Jay Wooten was honored as the ACC Specialist of the Week for kicking three FGs and generally doing funky things with the football on kickoffs causing great confusion for Rutgers. Wooten has now been minted as “the guy” by Butch Davis and hopefully with be as consistent as his backup’s brother.
No UNC defensive players honored this week, mainly because it was such a complete team effort and there is no weekly award for the player who hit someone the hardest.
