		<description>I agree Chris. I would be surprised if any legal action will take place to ensure this. Rediculous! I will continue to share my thoughts during and after game wherever available. What&#039;s next, I can&#039;t call my buddies during game to discuss certain situations b/c I will not be watching precious advertising &amp; commercials? Give me a break!</description>

In fact, instead of taking away attention, revenue from licensed sources I suspect that live bloggers actually create the same, almost as if the blogging is advertising the game, and encourages the fan to watch on TV or the radio as well. I supect that what they&#039;re trying to cut off at the pass is a blogger posting a play-by-play of the game; eliminating analysis during the game is riduculous.</description>
