I would be surprised if any legal action will take place to ensure this. Rediculous! I will continue to share my thoughts during and after game wherever available. In fact, instead of taking away attention, revenue from licensed sources I suspect that live bloggers actually create the same, almost as if the blogging is advertising the game, and encourages the fan to watch on TV or the radio as well. I supect that what they're trying to cut off at the pass is a blogger posting a play-by-play of the game; eliminating analysis during the game is riduculous. I agree, THF.
