For what it's worth, I walked by Marcus (and talked to him for a second - we have a mutual friend in my freshman year roommate, a track team member) on Saturday on my way to the football game. It was right between the Rams Head Deck and the stadium in the little parking lot for athletes that are going to study hall. He seemed fine, wasn't limping or anything, and wasn't wearing anything special on his foot. Granted I didn't see him run around or dunk a basketball, but I'm not sure about this one... Grain of salt warning on that. I do know it has been confirmed that Ginyard was seen wearing a boot this summer and the word was he would be ready for practice. Whatever the case I am all for getting him healthy and 100% by January even if that means playing without the best defender for the first 2-3 weeks.
