Defense looking a little better. I think we earned a few more foul shots than we recieved in the paint. Nice to see Lawson’s jumpers going down. Still gave up 36 at the half so it’s better, but not perfect yet.
Looking at the schedule, let’s say we drop either the Miami or Clemson game, except for those, the schedule opens up up to the Duke game so we should be either 20-3 or 21-2 going into the Duke game.
It is hard to complain too much about that given that they would have played four top ten teams (N.D., MSU, Wake, Clemson, plus Kentucky) with two to go against Duke and then the tourney with possibly more. I doubt that too many teams will have 6+ games against top ten teams.
It’s all about turnovers. When we make them, we lose. When we don’t, we win. This was becoming clear in the BC and Wake games, and was confirmed tonight.
I was reading some comments on the prior entry that Hansbrough might be the problem. If he is, I want more problems.
Congrats to Psycho T for passing Laettner on the all-time ACC scoring list.
I have family and friends who went to UVA and it must suck to be a fan of that school right now. Football and mens’ hoops are mediocre at best. At least their women’s b-ball team is ranked.
Good luck to the Lady Tar Heels on Friday night against the Wahoos. I would love to see a battle of two unbeaten teams on Monday night, with UNC taking down UConn. Wouldn’t that be sweet?

A win is a win. I should trademark that. I wish Bobby could find his open 3 shot a little bit more.
I wonder how many more years Leitao has. He has had one decent year which was probably a fluke.
One at a time. We had some serious looking faces tonight.
I like that we shut down Landesburg and made some other guys beat us. What is up with Leito? Baker was lighting us up and then he disappeared.
I liked our play except I would LOVE for Frasor to become a threat. Graves was absent tonight as well.
OK, bring on Miami.
