North Carolina moved into 2nd place overall behind Stanford in the race for the Sears Directors’ Cup which is awarded to the best overall athletic program in the country. The national championship in men’s basketball worked wonders to move the Heels up from 3rd. If baseball can make another run to the College World Series, the Heels could make up ground on the Cardinal but seeing they are 160 points behind that is probably not realistic. Still, UNC is rolling with consistent winning in all sports as well as winning national titles on a regular basis. It is a great time to be a Tar Heel fan!

On another note, you would think that the Packers’ scouts know that Paulus has a hard enough time reading and handling a defense with only five players; just imagine how bad he will be going up against eleven defenders……

You are not alone by a long shot. I’d rather have Les back than this waste of skin. Lee knows basketball, though, which would explain all of those championships he has won….
I know he is hanging his hat on O’Brien now, but everyone knows that had more to do with O’Brien wanting in than with Lee doing anything. Hell, I’m still surprised he didn’t F that up somehow.
