I imagine the judge in Orange County saw this was nothing more than a fight between two teammates that just so happened to take place in a dorm room instead of the locker room and probably decided he would let Butch Davis handle it. Which according to Davis, it has been.
Now cue the weeping and gnashing of teeth over how UNC players get all the breaks in the judicial system.
