is tonights game televised or are you watching it in person?

Also look at who Henson is going up against vs. Marvin in 2005 when we had rashad, jackie, jawad, at the 2/3/4 as jr sr sr and all w/ at least 3 years of starting experience. graves, at least the article about vandy, made it seem like he isn't taking care of his body while going through an energy, which can't make roy happy. i am hoping to see henson in the starting slot w/ graves needing to prove himself to gain the position and playing time. on the other hand, if we can give him an early season boost of confidence, then i'm all for that and just see what happens.

Roy's mentioned Graves' bad back a few times this week. If he's hampered, then his starting status, let alone his playing minutes, is seriously in doubt. Looking forward to seeing the lineup for tonight's preseason game vs. Belmont Abbey.

Is Graves as a starter unexpected? Marvin Williams didn't even start, and he's probably far beyond any of these five in talent. Freshmen don't find it easy to get into Roy Williams' starting lineup except for injuries or simply not having anyone at that position.

From what I've heard about (and seen of) the Wears, they remind me of twin Nick Collisons, which, of course, would be awesome.

That lineup reminds me of track meets in HS where the coaches would let the the throwers from each team form a "Fat-man" relay and run the 4x100. Man I used to love watching those... ;)

i'm happy to hear reports that could validate my initial thoughts from seeing the Wear twins. from watching a few of their high school games that were televised last season, they really seem like no-nonsense, no flashiness type of players whose value always gets under rated. i predict them to be great contributors over the next 4 years b/c they are savvy, they have high basketball IQ's, and they are winners.

Sounds like (from the previous post) that the whole Will Graves as a starter thing might be out the door. on one hand i'm all for giving him the green light and a huge vote of confidence to start the season even if he ends up coming off the bench b/c we'll need him either way. unless we just have 7'footers ripping guards in the open court and dunking on the other end.

I wonder if Roy is playing with this lineup:
PG: Henson
SG: Wear #1
SF: Zeller
PF: DT
C: Ed Davis

that would be a pretty tall lineup, just play a four man perimeter and let the 1,2, or 3 isolate in the post with the other four guys 6'10 or up crash the glass.
