Texas by virtue of being coached by Rick Barnes is automatically relegated to perpetual disdain by UNC fans. In the Tar Heel fan base there is Duke hate, NC State hate, disdain for those who screwed UNC in the NCAA Tournament(Creighton, Weber St., etc) and disdain for teams coached by people we don't like(Kentucky, Wisconsin, etc). Texas falls into that last category
