On paper UNC plays the toughest ACC schedule and it is not even close. Based on the current KenPom rankings UNC plays seven of the top eight twice. That is 14 games against Duke, Miami, Maryland, NC State, Florida State, Georgia Tech and tonight's opponent Virginia. That means holding serve at home is highly important and if it is possible to steal a few wins on the road, the room for error increases. Tonight's game is certainly one such opportunity.
