Brian Barbour on July 9th, 2009 | Comments are closed Team USA finished the round robin segment of World University Games play with a 4-0 mark after avenging an exhibition loss to Serbia 68-66.
Deon Thompson played 16 minutes collecting six points and five boards.
Team USA now faces Bulgaria(2-1) in the medal quarterfinals today at 2 PM EDT.
