Basically it went like this. Wake Forest hung in there relatively close for most of the game until the relentless storm which is the Tar Heel depth and talent turned the game into a laugher. UNC still has turnover problems which seem to derive themselves from the penchant of this young crew to make the ill advised pass. Wake Forest also did a great job of controlling the offensive glass which is one of the main reasons they were able to stay close for so long. Other than those two negatives, the offense was balanced which the perimeter game working alongside the usual suspects on the interior. Defensively, Wake turned the ball over 18 times and shot 32% from the floor. So for all intents and purposes it was a good warm up for the road trip to Tuscon.
