We Have Football

The college football season has begun, in case you haven't noticed. And it already bodes poorly for the ACC:

All three of these teams are on ACC schedules - LSU plays Virginia Tech next week, and later in the season Maryland draws Rutgers and N.C. State, Louisville. Now the ACC teams are better than the opening day opponents, true. But is bottom-dwelling N.C. State 63 points better than Murray State? Can Virginia Tech handle the LSU team that took the field last night? I'm not sure, which could lead to a long season.
