Welcome home Bobby Frasor!

This game serves as the homecoming game for Bobby Frasor who hails from Blue Island, IL.  Hopefully this will serve to get Frasor's offensive game going.  It is also a chance for the Heels to play in the house that Jordan built.

This is actually a quick turnaround from the last game, especially with the travel involved and the fact the Evansville game included some extra postgame activities.  All in all Roy probably likes the nature of it since it provides an extra challenge to a veteran team to get up for another game so quickly after the last one and deal with the travel aspect as well.

Aside from the logistics, the Heels will not face much of a test here.  Valpo is simply not a very good team as their 24 point loss to Cleveland State in which they only scored 14 points in the first half attests.  This stands to be yet another game where the Heels make short work of the opposing team, run up a 20 point plus halftime margin and hit cruise control.  Though the past two games have been that way and I am not sure that is exactly what Roy is looking for.  He was fairly unimpressed with the White team's efforts that he pulled them in favor of the Blue team against Evansville.  I think Roy and the rest of us would not mind seeing the Heels completely dismantle a team from start to finish instead of the first half drubbing followed by the 2nd half sleepwalk.

In the end it really does not matter.  The Heels have shown they are more than capable of taking it to highly touted opponents so how they handle the less ones ends up being inconsequential.  It still would be nice to see them play a complete game and with the scoring record business behind them it would not surprise me to see them do that today.
