From ACC Now. A run down of significant scoring numbers in Tyler Hansbrough's career.
1,075 — points scored at the Smith Center
141 — points scored against N.C. State, his highest total against any team
127 — points scored against Duke, second-most
58 — points in two games against Michigan State, his most against a non-ACC foe
40 — career high, against Georgia Tech on Feb. 16, 2006
26.9 — UNC's career record for points per game average, held by Lennie Rosenbluth, which Hansbrough agrees will probably never be surpassed
6 — single-digit games
6 — games of 30 or more points
3 — favorite bucket he has ever made, against Duke his freshman year
Tyler Hansbrough most definitely shows up for the rival games. 141 points versus the Pack, 127 versus Duke. You can add to that Tyler Hansbrough's all time record versus those two: 10-3. The forty point outburst versus Georgia Tech was one for the ages. The Heels fell behind big early on in that one and Hansbrough led the charge back during a stretch of games which might be my favorite of any UNC season. And the three versus Duke? Classic.
