Dropped Out: Louisiana St. (#18), Clemson (#19), Butler (#20), Auburn (#23), Brigham Young (#25).
Basically, I used the NCAA Tournament seedings as a barometer made some adjustments here and there to produce my ballot. The result is wild fluctuations across the board. From this point forward the NCAA Tournament will serve as a basis for filling out my ballot.
