According to UNC's game notes, the Heels have one previous meeting with Vermont in the Roy Williams era. The Heels beat the Catamounts in Chapel Hill during the 2004-05 season 93-65. UNC leads the all-time series 3-0 with two other wins in 1973 and 2002.
UNC is 29-1 in NCAA Tournament games played in the state of North Carolina and 5-0 in Greensboro. Barring something historical and horrific this game should make it 30-1 and 6-0.
