NCAA Tournament Schedule and Open Thread for Sunday's Games

New, comments

Then there were two. With Syracuse and Pitt bowing out on Saturday and Duke falling to another double-digit seed in the round of 64, the ACC pins its hopes today on UNC and Virginia. Party like it's 1981 folks.

The game of the day is clearly Wichita State vs Kentucky. Wichita State is 35-0 with their best win being over St. Louis early in the season. The Shockers have not been tested nor played a team that has the collection of size and athletes the Wildcats have. The irony in this game is prior to the season Kentucky fans were talking about 40-0 because of the ridiculous recruiting haul John Calipari brought in. Instead UK is a #8 seed and Wichita State is the one that could end up 40-0. College basketball is really weird sometimes.
