UNC junior WR/KR Ryan Switzer has announce via Twitter he will indeed return for his senior season.
Blessed to be the eighth two-time 1st team All American at UNC. It's been an incredible ride with my teammates & coaches that I love.

Even more blessed to return for my senior season & help our team continue to pursue a championship! There's no place like home. #GoHeels

With Switzer's confirmed return, UNC has one of the key weapons back for 2016. No official word yet on Mack Hollins or Bug Howard, but the conventional wisdom is both will return also. As it stands, Quinshad Davis should be the only significant loss among the skill positions. Davis will be tough to replace both as a reliable option in tough 3rd down situations and as a blocker on the perimeter.
Switzer could really flourish in 2016 with a more accurate passing quarterback behind center. Mitch Trubisky should be more adept at hitting some of the quick out and tunnel screen passes Switzer thrives on. Those passes require accuracy and perfect timing to hit the receiver in stride. Marquise Williams often had issues hitting those passes but that shouldn't be the case with Trubisky.
On the record front, Switzer needs just one more punt return for a touchdown to tie the NCAA record of eight held by Texas Tech's Wes Welker and Oklahoma's Antonio Perkins.
