Via the ACC Digital Network, a segment on Dean Smith's TV show about Roy Williams. Smith notes that Williams had already turned down other head coaching jobs but thought he would take one "maybe this year, maybe the next." Williams did end up taking the Kansas job a few months after this video was made.
Side note: Williams discussion of the changes in recruiting are interesting including his lament of needing to offer a kid before they play a game as a senior in high school. Times have really changed.
