North Carolina Seeded #4 in the West Regional; Will Start in Jacksonville

The NCAA Tournament brackets are out and the Tar Heels are headed to the West Regional as a #4 seed. UNC will start the tournament in Jacksonville against the #13 seed Harvard.

Wisconsin, which is the #4 overall seed heads up the West followed by #2 Arizona and #3 Baylor. Should UNC win its first round game it would face the winner of #5 Arkansas-#12 Wofford.
