With all due respect to J.P. Tokoto who had some spectacular dunks in his three seasons at UNC, Vince Carter easily wins this both in quality of dunks and sheer volume as seen in this compilation video.

Carter had the benefit of playing two seasons with Ed Cota who makes the life of an incredibly athletic dunker so much easier. Even then, Carter was just plain better as a basketball player and probably headed for the Naismith Hall of Fame one day.

Carter was so good we even give him credit for a dunk he didn't finish.
