North Carolina heads to Tallahassee to take on the Florida State Seminoles. Both teams stand at 3-1 on the year, however, FSU currently ranks 12th in the ACC, according to the AP Polls for week 5. This matchup will be the toughest challenge the team has faced this year, and might be their hardest game of the season overall. Many are predicting the Seminoles to come out on top, but that doesn’t mean that UNC doesn’t stand a chance.
The Tar Heels defensive line will have to stop the running game when it comes to Dalvin Cook. That’s easier said than done this year, but the only chance they have is to force freshman quarterback Deondre Francois into passing more. FSU’s defense was supposed to be top notch, but several injuries have given North Carolina an in on offense, especially with Mitch Trubisky playing like he’s on fire these past few weeks.
This will hopefully be a hard fought game. Go Heels!
