Game Thread: UNC-NC State

It was exactly one year ago that NC State came to Chapel Hill and won for the first time in the Roy Williams era. The loss was somewhat inexplicable. UNC had just come off beating Georgia Tech like a rented drum on Saturday. Roy Williams had called out the fans for not really being a factor in that game so they showed up on that Tuesday night ready to roll. UNC didn't oblige shooting under 30% in the first half and falling in too deep of a hole. The Tar Heels couldn't quite climb all the way out.

Williams said they discussed that game with the team before the first meeting but the Tar Heels didn't play like it with the offense largely off key except for Kennedy Meeks who scored 23 points. Will tonight be different? We'll see.
