Carolina Blue | Jarrett Corder: Cornerback Des Lawrence says that the UNC veterans have the necessary experience to prepare them for a tough game in what will almost certainly be a pro-Georgia environment. He also has embraced the fact that the Tar Heels enter the game as the underdogs.

Greensboro News & Record | Brant Wilkerson-New: The Tar Heels are aware that a win against Georgia is necessary for them to earn a spot at the “big boy table” for the rest of the season. Coming out of Atlanta with a loss would make them another team that couldn’t get the job done against an SEC opponent that isn’t even among the most elite in the conference.

WRAL Sports Fan | Marilyn Payne: Regardless of whether the Heels are favored or not, Larry Fedora says that his team expects to win. They realize that a win against Georgia would be classified as an upset, and they are ready for that challenge.

ABC 11 | Mark Armstrong: In a departure from what most people are predicting, Armstrong thinks that the Heels will be able to pull off a victory against the Bulldogs in Atlanta. Hopefully his prediction comes true, kicking off what he calls another potentially memorable season for the guys in Carolina blue.
