The final night of UNC’s non-conference slate has arrived as Harvard visits the Dean Dome. The Tar Heels are coming off a victory against Davidson on Saturday while Harvard beat Mercer in their previous game.
Carolina will be a bit short-staffed in the post tonight, as Sterling Manley will miss the game with knee soreness. Garrison Brooks has had issues with early foul trouble as of late which will hopefully not be a thing tonight without the Manley safety net. Look for Nassir Little to also get some additional playing time as a result of Roy needing to go with a bit smaller of a lineup.
ACC play begins on Saturday when the Heels travel to Pennsylvania for a date with Cameron Johnson’s former team. This is truly the final tune up before a tough road ahead in a challenging ACC. Hopefully the team has worked out how to control the turnover issue that has plagued them in the early going.
As always, we’ll be back after the game with a complete roundup of the happenings. Until then...
Go Heels!
