UNC Basketball vs. Georgia Tech: How to watch, channel, time, streaming info

The Tar Heels and the Yellow Jackets are set to square off during Snowmageddon 2019.

NCAA Basketball: Virginia Tech at North Carolina Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

The Tar Heels are officially in Atlanta to square off against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Representatives from the school announced yesterday that the game will still take place despite the nasty snow storm that is supposed to make its way to Georgia, making for some unwelcome adversity for both teams. Alas, the show must go on, and the Tar Heels will try to rekindle the magic they found a week ago against Virginia Tech.

While the Heels have been getting some rest in Chapel Hill, Georgia Tech had been in Durham over the weekend putting up an admirable fight against Duke. After going into halftime with a two-point lead, the Tech had a difficult time keeping the Blue Devils at bay, and eventually fell by 13 points. It should be a fun one tonight, as Josh Pastner’s team would love nothing more than to prove that they can hang with the top of the ACC for 40 minutes, and Roy’s squad would love nothing more than to get one more good road win before they have to go to Louisville for round two against the Cardinals.
