UNC Basketball vs Gonzaga: How to watch, channel, streaming info

The Tar Heels will have to find a way to carry on without Cole Anthony.

NCAA Basketball: Wofford at North Carolina Nell Redmond-USA TODAY Sports

All season we’ve been saying things like “Coby White isn’t walking through that door,” “Cam Johnson isn’t walking through that door,” etc. Now? Cole Anthony isn’t walking through that door either, at least not for 4-6 weeks following arthroscopic surgery on his knee.

It’s a lot to ask of this UNC team to carry on without their top scorer and best talent. It’s even more to ask when flying across the country to take on the #2 ranked Bulldogs now as a squad that isn’t in the Top 25.

Still, they’ll have to make do with the pieces they have. Maybe Jeremiah Francis can step up and be the guy in Anthony’s absence. Hopefully Armando Bacot can be an option inside when the team needs points. Perhaps Garrison Brooks and Brandon Robinson can be the veteran leaders who get this team over the hump without Cole.
