UNC Football: Military Bowl vs Temple

It’s been a while since any UNC fan had to worry about making time to watch football after Christmas. It’s a good problem to have, for sure. Carolina’s first season with Mack Brown back as head coach was a clear improvement over the last few seasons, and a bowl game win would be a nice cherry on top.

The Tar Heels won their season finale against NC State what feels like forever ago now. With a core of players largely all expected to return aside from graduating seniors, any momentum gained from a win today would do nicely to carry over into excitement for Year 2 of The Return of the Mack.
