Don’t Punt to Gio, Ep 13: Touring the ACC Atlantic

By touring, I mean jumping around with no plan.

Momma we made it!

After a six-week whirlwind of previewing college football conferences around the country, host Chad Floyd (@Chad_Floyd) and willing co-pilot Jacob Cowden (@jacobcowden28) have made it back to Bojangles country.

Its time to talk ACC Atlantic.

Despite there being no actual plan on how to go through the teams (Chad totally almost forgot Florida State, I’ll retweet you if you catch it), the guys brought some analysis on the ACC’s other division.

  • Louisville and Scott Satterfield: it can’t be as bad as last year, can it?
  • Boston College: what now, as their defense is no longer elite?
  • Syracuse: the Dino Babers/Andre Cisco mancrush segment
  • What to make of Wake?
  • Is year two really the time to have strong opinions on Willie Taggart? Can you turn around the worst offensive line of this century (stats back this up) in one year?
  • State.
  • Clemson: agree or disagree that this is the best assemblage of offensive talent since the 2004-05 USC team? (The hosts share the same opinion on the matter.)

We really hope you enjoy, and we also hope you subscribe and leave a five-star review on your podcast feed of choice!

Til next time, Go Heels!
