UNC vs. Virginia Tech: How to watch

Can the Tar Heels keep their winning start going?

NCAA Football: North Carolina at Boston College Adam Richins-USA TODAY Sports

After an unexpected two week break, North Carolina returned to the field last weekend and picked up a win over Boston College. It was exactly a pretty win, and the Tar Heels definitely came away with some things to improve on. Hopefully they did, because they have a big game this week.

For the first time since 2016, UNC will play in a game between two ranked teams as Virginia Tech is coming to town today. The Hokies come in at #19 after also starting the season 2-0. Like UNC, Virginia Tech has dealt with some game cancellations, and they’ve even had players miss time due to COVID-19. One of those is quarterback Hendon Hooker, who is expected to be back for today’s game.

This is going to be the toughest test of the season so far, so here’s where you can check it out:

  • Time: 12:00 PM ET
  • Location: Kenan Stadium - Chapel Hill, NC
  • TV: ABC with Bob Wischusen, Dan Orlovsky, and Roddy Smith on the call
