UNC vs Boston College: Tar Heels finally get another shot

It feels like an eternity since we saw UNC in action against Syracuse to open the season. In reality, there was only one true “missed week” with the game against UNC Charlotte being canceled. Carolina wasn’t able to find an opponent to fill one of their two previously scheduled bye weeks, so here we are.

Hopefully the extra rest won’t prove to be detrimental to the Tar Heels who had already dealt with a bit of rust in their successful return to the field in the first game of the season. We’ll soon have an answer for that, thankfully.

Carolina, for their part, comes into the game still ranked 12th in the country after other conferences decided to re-join the party this season. Boston College comes into today having won both of their games this season with victories over Duke and Texas State. They held the Blue Devils to just six points in their season-opener.
