#22 UNC vs Kentucky: How to Watch

The CBS Sports Classic is a little different than we expected, but it is happening!

So we still don’t know exactly what “aligning coronavirus protocols” means, or if it means anything, but today’s the day of the CBS Sports Classic, and instead of playing #20 Ohio State in a highly anticipated matchup of teams that look pretty equal in quality, the UNC Tar Heels will play Kentucky in a battle of two bluebloods that are not strangers to each other, but who both seem to be at inflection points in the program. Kentucky, despite the #1 recruiting class in what was generally thought to be a strong year for basketball talent, has looked not just disjointed, but also outmatched by a lot of the competition they’ve faced so far, and it’s harder this year than usual to see this UK team gelling like Calipari teams usually do in February/March. But they’re still talented enough to be dangerous, making this an intriguing game for the Heels — and a scarier one than it seems on paper. Then again, isn’t that always true when these two teams meet? Here’s how to watch this battle of bluebloods that will take us into Christmas week.

Tipoff: 2:00 PM Eastern Time

Location: Rocket Mortgage Field House in Cleveland, OH

TV: Nationally broadcast on CBS. Carter Blackburn and Bill Raftery will be on the call.

Radio: As usual, you can catch this one on the Tar Heel Sports Network. Find your local station here. Alternatively, you can find it on Internet Radio on TuneIn.

Streaming: If you have cable but no TV, you should be able to watch live TV on CBS All-Access with most major cable providers.

Betting: At the time of publication, UNC is favored by 3 points with an over/under of 141 points.
