After an up and down week at the Maui Invitational, things aren’t getting any easier for North Carolina. Next up for them is the ACC-Big Ten Challenge, and the Tar Heels will be taking part in one of the marquee games in it.
UNC is hitting the road for a matchup against Iowa, who comes in ranked third in the country. The Hawkeyes feature Luka Garza, who was the preseason player of the year according to several outlets. So far this season, he’s showed it. He is averaging 34 points and 10 rebounds in three games, after dropping 30 in the first half alone last time out. Him against the Tar Heel frontcourt is going to be one of the most interesting head to heads in this young college basketball season.
