UNC vs. Florida State: How to Watch

New, 1 comment

The Tar Heels are seeking their fourth straight win.

NCAA Basketball: Syracuse at North Carolina Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

In its 1,000th regular season ACC game, the North Carolina Tar Heels took care of business against Syracuse. Today, UNC seeks to build upon its conference-leading 708 all-time regular season wins.

There is something to say about the rebounding of this squad. The Tar Heels shot only 39.7 percent versus the Orange. That was the third straight game in which UNC won despite shooting less than 40 percent from the floor. It is the third time Carolina has achieved this feat in the ACC era.

Carolina is 50-14 against Florida State, including 17-7 in Tallahassee. Roy Williams has 20 wins against the Seminoles as UNC’s coach, and have won eight of the last 10 games versus FSU.
