UNC vs. Wake Forest: How to Watch

The Tar Heels will look to take down the #9 Demon Deacons.

NCAA Football: Wake Forest at North Carolina Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

Last week, North Carolina fought fairly hard but came up short in a losing effort at Notre Dame. This week, things don’t get any easier rankings wise as a top ten team is coming to town.

Wake Forest comes into this afternoon’s matchup at #9 in the College Football Playoff rankings after an 8-0 start. Although, you could make the argument that UNC will be their toughest opponent of the season so far. The Demon Deacons’ offense has been high flying so far this season, averaging 43 points per game, including dropping 70 against Army. On the other hand, UNC’s offense is also its strength, and Wake allowed 56 in that same Army game. In other words, this game has some high shootout potential.

Don’t forget that this game is also a fun non-conference one despite it coming against another ACC team.
