The North Carolina Tar Heels have lost five straight to Clemson and have not won in Memorial Stadium since 2001.
After back-to-back losses, the Tigers have won two straight and are playing their best football of the season.
With expectations, oddsmakers, and history against them, winning this afternoon will be a herculean task for the Tar Heels.
Clemson holds a 39-19-1 series record over UNC. This is just the third game in the last 10 meetings that the Tar Heels have a better record than the Tigers.
A silver lining is that those previous two meetings ended with Carolina victories.
UNC broke the Stormtrooper curse earlier this season, so they are bringing it back for another go this weekend:
