UNC has its first ACC matchup of the season with Florida State visiting Chapel Hill on Saturday. The Tar Heels are fresh off a win in the ACC/SEC Challenge against Tennessee while the Seminoles lost to Georgia in the contest after blowing a 17-point lead.
Carolina brings a top 15 offense into today’s game, one that was on clear display during the first half of the game against Tennessee. Things got a bit dicey in the second half, but the Heels did enough to hold onto the lead and secure the win.
The biggest thing for UNC will be to snap the streak of one player shooting the lights out against them. It’s been a nasty trend since the Thanksgiving game against Villanova. Hopefully they can break that pattern today against FSU.
As always, we’ll be back after the game with a complete roundup of the happenings. Until then...
