Let’s see where UNC ended up in a set of festive Top 25 polls.

NCAA Basketball: Jumpman Invitational-North Carolina at Oklahoma Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports

Yesterday may have been Christmas, but the rankings stop for no one. You may have missed it in any festivities you may have been partaking in, but the AP released the newest set of Top 25 college basketball polls (as they do every Monday, holiday or not). While last week may not have been the busiest off the season, there was still some interesting action, including both of North Carolina’s teams playing in the Jumpman Invitational in Charlotte.

Biggest Losers

There were a couple of teams who had decent drops, including the Sooners’ team that UNC beat. However, no one fell harder than Creighton, who moved down ten places after losing two of their last three games.
