The North Carolina Tar Heels come into today on a nice little roll. Carolina has won their last four games, two of which have been against ranked opponents, and two of which have come on the road. The last game, Clemson, was both, and saw the Heels start the conference season 3-0.
However, there’s nothing like coming up against an old foe to put that to the test.
Tonight, the Tar Heels will hit the road and make the trip to Raleigh to face off against NC State. The Wolfpack have similarly started ACC play 3-0 and 11-3 overall, having downed Virginia in their most recent game. As it always is when UNC comes to town, PNC Arena is likely to be quite the atmosphere, with a continuing share of first place in the conference on the line.
