UNC vs. Clemson: How to Watch

Carolina looks to continue their winning streak.

The road trip for the Tar Heels continues today as they travel down to Tiger Town and take on Clemson. The matchup is a battle of two ranked teams, the eighth-ranked Heels against the sixteenth-ranked Tigers, and continues a difficult opening stretch of conference games for Carolina.

A little bit of the shine has been taken off of the game with the Tigers going down to the Hurricanes on Wednesday night, but make no mistake, Littlejohn Coliseum will be rocking as the Tar Heels come in and try to remain undefeated in the conference. The Tigers have looked strong to start the season but need quality wins to try and build their NCAA resume. Unlike Tuesday night, the Tigers prefer to play with tempo, so look for a completely different type of contest on the floor.

It’ll be a good test for Carolina, having to switch styles of play so quickly after a physically grinding style of play on Tuesday. It’ll also be a test for their defensive intensity which has improved significantly since their loss to Kentucky, making a direct impact in their wins over Oklahoma and keeping them in the game against Pitt before the shots started to fall.
