Tonight is the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. While many Tar Heels are eligible to be selected this year, we’re all here right now to learn where quarterback Mitch Trubisky will be drafted. There seems to be a consensus that he will be one of the top picks in the draft.

Reports are indicating that the Cleveland Browns could actually make him the first overall pick this year. That’s never happened to North Carolina before. The school has produced plenty of first round picks over the years. Running backs Ken Willard and Don McCauley, linebacker Lawrence Taylor, and defensive end Julius Peppers were all second overall picks, but no one from Chapel Hill has ever gone first overall. Will tonight be the night?

We probably won’t hear anything about guys like Elijah Hood, Ryan Switzer, T.J. Logan, Nazair Jones, and the rest until Friday or Saturday, so let’s talk Trubisky. Where do you think he ultimately ends up?
