Tar Heel Blog staff preseason ACC predictions

Before the college football season starts, the THB staff predict who will stand out this season

NCAA Football: Louisville Spring Game Jamie Rhodes-USA TODAY Sports

The ACC has a tall task ahead of it this season, as it will have to defend its title as the best conference in college football. After winning the championship and owning the SEC in head-to-head matchups in 2016, there is no questioning who the superior conference was last year. Maintaining this, however, is going to be hard, and it’s going to take some star power. We at THB decided to predict where that star power might come from by making our own All-ACC predictions. From 14 votes cast, here they are, listed by number of votes earned. All-ACC team representatives are in bold and italics.
